Manila, Philippines — August 13, 2026
Prime Dialysis Center Inc. has signed a landmark agreement with the City of Manila to establish a Dialysis Center and Full Rehabilitation Facility at the Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center in Tondo, District 1. This will be the biggest dialysis center in the country with potentially housing 100 dialysis machines in one building.
The agreement was formally signed by Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko" Moreno Domagoso and Prime Dialysis Center Inc. Chief Executive Officer Dr. Gjay Ordinal. Under the partnership, dialysis and rehabilitation services will be provided free of charge to patients, at no cost to the city — expanding access to life-sustaining renal care for one of Manila's most densely populated and underserved districts.
"Access to quality dialysis should never depend on a patient's ability to pay," said Dr. Gjay Ordinal, CEO of Prime Dialysis Center Inc. "We are honored to be entrusted by the City of Manila to serve the people of Tondo, and we are committed to running this facility to the highest clinical standard our patients deserve."
The new facility reflects a shared vision between the city government and the private sector to make world-class healthcare more accessible and affordable for every Manileño. Beyond hemodialysis, the inclusion of a full rehabilitation facility broadens the scope of care available to patients recovering from illness and managing chronic conditions.
As part of the GC HEMODYNAMIX,INC network of dialysis centers, Prime Dialysis Center Inc. is a 100% Filipino-owned, PhilHealth-accredited provider operating 35 centers nationwide under its commitment to "Quality Dialysis Beyond Compare."
