In July 2023, the Cavite provincial government signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Prime Dialysis Center Inc. to provide free hemodialysis services to residents.
The signing ceremony was attended by key officials, including Governor Jonvic Remulla, Representative Roy Loyola, and several local mayors. Mayor Dahlia Loyola emphasized that this initiative aligns with efforts to offer accessible and affordable healthcare services to Caviteños.
Under this agreement, Prime Dialysis Center Inc. committed to establishing and operating a free hemodialysis facility within the province.
