Noong Hulyo 2023, pumirma ang probinsya ng Cavite ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) kasama ang Prime Dialysis Center Inc. para sa pagtatatag at pagpapatakbo ng libreng hemodialysis center para sa mga residente.
Ang inisyatibong ito, na sinusuportahan ng provincial board resolution, ay naglalayong magbigay ng accessible at abot-kayang health services sa mga mamamayan ng Cavite.
Ang signing ceremony ay dinaluhan ni Governor Jonvic Remulla, Representative Roy Loyola, at iba pang local officials.
